Booking Your Trip To Bhutan (The Mysterious land)

You can find below a very simple and easy process regarding booking your trip to Bhutan:


Step 1:Choose a tour type from our tour packages and if it doesn’t suit your interest, we can make a tailor made package based on your requirement. You can let us know what you prefer either on E-mail or through our facebook page messenger. For a simple idea, you can simply let us know:

  • Your field of interest and the number of days you want to spend in Bhutan.
  • Tentative date of Arrival
  • Indicate clearly your port of embarkation (POE) on Bhutan Airline or Druk Airline.

Step 2:

  • Confirm your tour and transfer the tour payment to our bank account maintained with Tourism Council of Bhutan.

Step 3.

Receive your E-visa, Route Permit, Tour itinerary, E-ticket and Pre-departure Travel Guide 30 days prior to your departure date. Incase of emergency we can expedite and issue all in 6-8 working days after the bookings are confirmed.

Tour Cancellation Policy:

After your trip has been booked with us and incase you want to cancel your journey due to unforeseen circumstances. We have some cancellation policy depending on the timing of when you cancel your tour:


Before one month prior to your arrival in Bhutan
No Cancellation charges
Within One Month
20% of the cost
Within 15 days
30 % of the cost
Less than 7 days or Cancellation without any prior notice
50% of the rate
After Arrival In Bhutan
No Refund
